LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE 

CARE CARDS ARE PROVIDED WITH EACH ORDER TO ENSURE THE OPTIMAL HEALTH OF THE ANIMAL. PLEASE CONTINUE WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS AS THESE ARE WHAT THE ANIMALS ARE USED TO.

I only ship Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid animals being caught in the mailing system over the weekend.

Orders are processed in the evenings to stress the animals as little as possible. You will receive a tracking email after 7:00 pm Central time on the day your order ships.

For all isopods, I pack a mix of sizes ranging from young sub adult to adult. For all orders, I add an overcount on animals in case of in transit casualties.

If temperatures at the carrier hubs or the destination zip code are under (Overnight Low) 32°F or over 90°F we will not ship as it is not safe for the animals. We will ship on the next available shipping day that temperatures allow.

I offer a 100% live arrival guarantee on all of our animals. There are however circumstances that will void the live arrival guarantee. These circumstances include:

1. There MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE HOUSEHOLD present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt (UPS provides time of delivery stamp).

2. A delay in shipping due to carrier mishandling.

3. Temperatures at the hub or destination being under 40°F or over 85°F for isopods .

4. A delay in shipping resulting in rerouting due to an inaccurate delivery address being entered during checkout.

5. Any Live Arrival Guarantee requests must be made within 2 hours of the package being dropped off by UPS or 3 hours of the package being picked up at Hub if Hold For Pickup option was used.

Live arrival guarantee does not apply to overpacked isopods that may perish in transit. The live arrival guarantee is applicable to the total number of live isopods equaling the container count purchased.

Should your animal perish in transit we will need you the buyer to provide a picture and/or (preferred) video of the deceased animal and contact me upon receipt of the package. This must be provided within 2 hours of the delivery time stamp.

Once inspected and accepted, the well-being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping is usually around $30 (this includes any heat/cold packs!)
